Kitchen (with oak worktop & slate tiles) with ceramic hob and electric oven
Utility room with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer & microwave.
Original staircase (please note: quite steep) leading to First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with king-size double bed,TV with freeview, built in wardrobes with handmade oak doors.
Bedroom 2 with single bed.
Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.
Facilities/Miscellaneous:
Private Parking space for 1 car to side of property (and on-street parking).
All fuel and bed linen provided.
