George Cottage - Terms and conditions

Accommodation
Low Season (start of November to end of March) - Lets begin and end on a Friday. We offer short breaks (minimum 3 night stay) Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri except during school holidays.
High Season (Easter to end of October) - Lets begin and end on a Saturday. We only offer short breaks for late availability.

Deposits
We require an immediate deposit of 30% of the total cost to secure the booking.
We then require the balance of the total cost within 6 weeks of the holiday.
If the booking is taken within 6 weeks of the holiday we request payment in full.

Cancellations
Cancellations can be made up 6 weeks prior to the holiday where upon all deposits will be returned.
If a cancellation is made within 6 weeks of the holiday we will endeavour to re-book the dates and, if successful, we will refund the amount received (this may be less than the original booking amount).

We do strongly suggest that visitors to take out adequate travel insurance for their stay.

Damages
To maintain the high standards in the cottage we ask that all breakages to contents or damage to the property are reported and paid for. The cottage is thoroughly checked on a weekly basis.

Arrivals
Please do not arrive at the cottage before 3pm to allow time for the cleaners. If you arrive earlier and would like to leave the car at the cottage you are welcome.

Departures
We ask guests to vacate the cottage (and parking space) by 10.30am to allow for an inspection and cleaning of the property.

Payment
We ask that payment is made by cheque or bank transfer (BACs). We can accept Paypal but there is a charge.
